2.Collection, Processing and Use of Personal Information

A. Types of Personal Information Collected

When you use the Services, we collect, process, use and internationally transmit information sent to us through your computer, mobile phone, or any other access devices for the purposes as set forth hereunder. Not only do we collect, process, use and internationally transmit personal information listed in this Privacy Policy but we also collect, process, use and internationally transmit certain Cookies information (please refer to our Cookie Policy under Section 5 below). We may collect device and browser metadata such as IP addresses, operating system type and version, date and time of access, the URLs of the pages you visited and for how long you visited those pages, any referrer URL, interactions with user interface, the name of your access provider, and analytics information used by Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, items that users like, users that users like, and possibly others, and all such collected information or data may be internationally transmitted by us when necessary.

(a) Account Information: including, without limitations, your email address and the password of the account maintained with the Dope Player;

(c) Identity Verification Information: including, without limitations, photos of your government issued ID, passport, national ID and driving license; and
(d) Financial Information: including, without limitations, your bank account number, source of fund, and your utility bills as a mean of verification.

When you access or use the Services, the Dope Player may use certain manners or technologies to obtain:

(a) your IP, browser information, login information and information relating to the operation system (e.g. the time zone configuration therein) from which you access the Dope Player;
(b) full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through, and from the Dope Player (including date and time); pages you viewed or searched for; length of visits to certain pages, page response times, download errors, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page; and
(c) geo-location information, including real-time location-based information from your device whenever you use or access the Services.

We also use (or may use) cookies and web beacons when you visit the Dope Player. For additional information on our use of cookies and web beacons, please refer to our Cookie Policy under Section 5 below; and

(3)Information Managed by Third Parties

At your sole discretion, you may opt to provide us with access to certain personal information stored by third parties, such as any social media sites (for example, Facebook, Google or Twitter). If you associate an account managed by a third party with your Dope Player account and authorize us to have access to information related thereto, we may request your consent for us to collect, process, use, international transmit and store this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also collect, process, use and internationally transmit your feedback to the Services or any response to our survey. When you use the Services, we may also collect, process, use and internationally transmit information about your transactions and/or your other activities on our website and we may continuously collect, process, use and internationally transmit name and type of your computer, laptop, mobile device, or any other access devices, such as the name and device of your operating system, for fraud prevention purposes as well as to monitor for possible breach of your account and to identify any malicious software or any other activity that may harm the Dope Player and/or its users. Furthermore, we may also collect, process, use and internationally transmit additional information that you voluntarily provide to our customer success team, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

B. Specific Purposes of Collection, Processing, Use, and International Transmission of the Personal information

We collect, process, use and internationally transmit the personal information set forth hereunder for the following purposes: (a) providing the Services and requesting customer support; (b) ensuring the availability and adequacy of the Services; (c) evaluating and maintaining information security and stability; (d) considering and processing your application/transactions and sending notices about your transactions, including the payment for the transactions and the matters regarding KYC (know-your-customers) and AML (anti-money laundering) procedures; (e) analyzing your usage of the Services; (f) developing and tailoring the Services based on your preferences; (g) resolving disputes, collecting fees, and troubleshooting problems; (h) managing, operating, providing and/or administering your use of and/or access to our Services; (i) delivering targeted marketing, service update notices, and promotional offers according to your communication preferences; general administrative of the Dope Player and/or (j) verifying your identity by comparing your personal information against third-party databases.

C. Additional Specific Purposes of Use

We may process and use your personal information for the following purposes:

(a)providing the Services and requested customer support;
(b) processing transactions and sending notifications about your transactions, including the payment for the transactions and the matters regarding KYC and AML procedures;

D. Persons Authorized to Use

(a) We and any of our branches, affiliates, the members of the group to which we belongs, the entities to which we outsource the operations ("Outsourced Entities") and the entities or institution to which the Outsourced Entities sub-outsource, the entities having entered into contracts or agreements with us due to our business needs (including the relevant needs under the Dope Player Terms and Conditions, this Privacy Policy, and any other relevant contracts, representations, statements, consent letters), the entities with which we cooperate in rendering the Services to you (including payment-related matters), administrative authorities, judicial authorities or tax authorities having jurisdiction over any of the above companies, entities or institutions, authorities having rights or powers to investigate, or any other government authorities, and any recipient of international transmission who are not prohibited by the competent authority; or (b) parties transacting or contemplating to transact with us and therefore being in need of collecting, processing, international transmission and the use of the personal information.

E Time Period of Use

Unless otherwise provided by in this Privacy Policy, the longest of the following period shall prevail: (a) the period when the specific purposes for collection of the personal information exist; (b) the mandatory record keeping period under applicable laws and regulations; (c) the keeping period for operation needs; or (d) the keeping period as agreed in relevant contract or agreement.

Any place within or outside the territory where the persons authorized to use as specified above are located.

G. Methods of Use

Collection, processing, international transmission and use of personal information with automatic machine or other non-automatic methods (e.g., use of electronic documents, papers or other appropriate methods in line with the then-current technology) in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations relating to personal information protection.

3.Account Creation

If you create an account with the Dope Player, we may use your name or your email address as your login name. Alternatively, we may use an anonymized login system for your login activity. The creation of an account is required because the Services may not be able to work without historical data.

4.Use of Services

In accessing and using the Services, information, contents or materials might be shared, uploaded or created and other data related to the use of the Services may as well be created, collected, and processed.

By providing any information or data with us, you consent that we may share your information, including any files or content you provide or create for or in connection with the Services to the persons authorized to use as specified above; provided that those files or content, by their nature, support such sharing.

All the information you upload for or in connection with the Services will be stored on an appropriate server infrastructure for processing. Data is typically stored on your mobile device and synced with applicable supporting features of the device. For any files we keep, we keep them for the sole purpose of giving you and your designated third parties access to the files and data for as long as you need them.

This information may also be transferred to third parties when required by law or orders issued by competent authorities (including a court with jurisdiction over the requested transfer).

We may use Social Plug-ins in the Services from, for example, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to for promotional purposes. We are not responsible for activity or content found on those (and any other) third party sites, and a link to a third-party website or service does not mean that we have reviewed or endorsed its privacy practices. If you visit a third party website or access services provided by such third party, you are subject to its privacy policies but not ours. This privacy policy does not apply to any personal information that you provide to these other websites and services.

8.Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We may share your personal information with the following parties for our optimization of the Services and the Dope Player or any other purposes set forth herein under the following circumstances:

A.We share or transfer your personal information with essential third parties, including, but not limited to, our affiliates (if any) and other service providers that are fundamental to the operation and maintenance of the Dope Player, such know-your-customer procedure and technical support. We may assume that you agree to our sharing with such essential parties once your register an account with the Dope Player.
B.We may also make disclosures of personal information if we believe in good faith that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity or to investigate violations of the Dope Player Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws, regulations or ordinances.
C.We have obtained your consent to share or transfer your personal information with third parties.
D.We may be required to disclose personal information if and when obliged to do so by a government's order, a subpoena, a court order, or a similar legal proceedings.
E.We may share, transfer, or disclose your personal information to third parties when we decide to sell, buy, or merge our businesses with such parties. We may also transfer or assign such information in the course of corporate mergers, divestitures, or dissolution.

9.Choices and Rights of Your Information

A.You may delete your account registered with the Dope Player at any time.

B.You have the following rights, subject to the applicable laws, to send your request to us:

(1)Request the Dope Player to discontinue our collection, processing and use of the personal information collected by the Dope Player;
(2)Inquire or request to review, make duplications of, amend or rectify your personal information collected by the Dope Player; and
(3)Delete any personal information collected by the Dope Player. We may not be able to provide the Services to you upon such deletion and we cannot delete such personal information that is necessary to comply with certain legal obligations.

C.Upon request for a review and making duplication of the personal information the Dope Player has collected from you, the Dope Player shall determine whether to agree to such request within fifteen (15) days from the date on which the Dope Player receives your request, except:

(1)when the performance of official duties may be interfered with; and
(2)when the material interests of the Dope Player or a third person may be affected.

The above fifteen-day period may be extended at our sole discretion with an additional period of time no longer than fifteen (15) days after notification in writing (either in electronic or physical-copy form). A reasonable fee may be applied for your inquiry or request to review or make duplications of your personal information.

D.The Dope Player shall determine whether to agree with your request to amend or rectify within thirty (30) days from the date the Dope Player receives your request, except:

(1)a dispute regarding the accuracy of your personal information exists;
(2)the processing or use of such personal information is either necessary for the performance of an official duty or fulfillment of a legal obligation of the Dope Player or agreed by you in writing (either in electronic or hard-copy form); and
(3)such dispute has been recorded.

The above thirty-day period may, at our sole discretion, be extended to a period of time no longer than thirty (30) days when necessary and you will be notified of the reason of extension in writing (either in electronic or physical-copy form).

The Dope Player and the Services are not targeted at those who are under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 18. 13.Effective Date; Modifications
